NCR's independent living communities for seniors are either Section 202 (government subsidized assisted), Section 236 (government subsidized assisted), or tax-credit properties. The Section 202 and 236 properties offer governmental rental assistance through HUD for residents who meet financial eligibility requirements. They are affordable answers to the senior housing demand.
